Have you ever wished that someone can make things easier for you?
- Perhaps you are unable to influence a board decision,
- Perhaps your procedures are not working well,
- Perhaps an employee is being difficult, or
- Perhaps your executive team is not working together.
Whatever it is, it seems easy to wish for some magic “someone” that can make it better.
The thing is that as a leader, you are the one that has to find ways to make it better!
Remember. . .
You don’t have to do it all alone. You can involve people in taking responsibility and being part of the solutions. You can turn individual action into collective power to make it better!
