The fee for my services is designed to be covered many times over, by the improved results you enjoy.

Your fee will be based on your specific needs and the way we choose to work together. Our work together will be conducted in the most convenient way to you. It can include a combination of: in person, the telephone (or Skype), email, and the Internet. Because I'm an independent consultant, my overhead costs are minimized and I pass these savings on to you. As a result, my services are not only extremely effective, but exceptionally good value for the money too!

Marell-Stork Poultry Processing Inc.

When I first met the leadership team at GAMCO in their Gainsville GA plant, they were transitioning from a very hierarchical structure to a more horizontal one. Since then, Stork Food Systems was acquired by Marel in 2008. The acquisition included Stork PMT (In Holland, Europe) and Stork Gamco (in Gainsville, GA). Because of the many changes needed in a merger, the international nature of the company, and the difficulty many engineering types have with interpersonal communication, I was asked to provide training in dialogue and communication to the top management team first.
