WANTED fugitive, for abandoning place of duty. Large reward!

Wanted for DNA Testing: Queen Mutnodjmet

Wanted, a very important fugitive that seems to have fled its place of duty. It is considered one of the countries' most precious assets for melting resistance, preventing conflict, and fostering collaboration and creativity.

The few places that have managed to hang on to it, find their employees flourishing. The positive environment created under its care brings more productivity and profits.

A substantial reward awaits those who manage to find and encourage RESPECT. Because it has been fleeing for so long, you need to look carefully to recognize it, especially among leaders. Here are some of its identifying features:

  • Even when busy, she takes time to pause and focus on you.

  • When you have a question, he turns away from his computer and looks directly at you.

  • If she needs to reprimand you, she talks to you in private, pointing out the problem without belittling, calling names, screaming, or threatening.

  • He takes the time to listen to you without interrupting in mid-sentence.

  • She listens to your ideas and suggestions and takes them seriously.

  • When walking around, he stops and greets people with a smile, instead of not looking at anybody, passing through as a tornado.

  • She expects the best of you without trying to micro-manage every step of the process.

If you see any of these behaviors, make sure you acknowledge it, point it out to others, and practice them yourself. RESPECT is so scarce that many people have forgotten what it looks like, or how to practice it.

Your rewards for catching and hanging on to this valuable fugitive include (but are not limited to):

  • Making people comfortable in difficult situations
  • Creating strong loyalty
  • Ensuring more productivity
  • Encouraging more effective communication
  • Fostering innovation
  • Making change easier
  • Creating a healthier workplace
  • Bringing more profits

If you have any further information concerning RESPECT, please, share with others and with me. Remember there is a huge reward awaiting those that bring RESPECT back into the workplace.
