I am Dr. Ada Luz Gonzalez. For over 25 years I have successfully worked with businesses and organizations all over the world, as a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and psychologist.

I bring my rich international and personal experience with change, my bi-lingual capabilities, my professional knowledge and research about organizations, to tackle blockages to productivity and breakdowns in dialogue

I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior with an emphasis on systems, dialogue, change processes, and leadership development. I also have a master in educational and developmental psychology. My interdisciplinary training and experience helps me to better understand your needs for self-awareness, development and growth.

Typically, my clients range from entrepreneurs and start-up business owners, to leaders and CEO's in established businesses, who have decided it’s time to bring in specialized help they can trust.

Logos is a Greek word with an extraordinary range of meanings. It refers to a "word" or a "thought," a spoken phrase or an idea which conveys something meaningful and “alive,” thus moving the hearer.

Noesis, also from the Greek, refers to wisdom in its most complete form. It is knowledge and understanding. It applies in particular to moral and spiritual issues. It’s the ability to know something deeply. It includes the intuitive capacity of the brain to combine perception, feelings, “soul” and thought, to come up with an instant wise “insight.”

Thus, in Logos Noesis you have active words (or language) and wisdom combining to produce a Wise Dialogue that can take us to places we have not even imagine. This is the kind of Transformative Conversations that Logos Noesis encourages and facilitates.
