
We’re all creators. You might create community or processes to manage projects. You might create a new vision for your company. You might create conversations that lead to collaboration and innovation. If you are a leader, you have to be creative.
As much as you need creativity, it’s easy to run into creativity ruts. There are tons of tips, tricks and hacks on how to get your creativity back. In fact, while writing this blog, I typed into google re-learning creativity and about 4,960,000 result showed up.
Yet, if you think about it, everyone knows how to be creative. Creativity is wired into your brain. Children know how to be creative and how to ask questions. Traditionally families get together for holidays. I invite you to take time to look through the eyes of the children at any gathering. Really look at their play. Remember your own childhood. Then think how can you apply any of this in the workplace.
