Here in the northern hemisphere Spring seems to be finally starting. Things in front on the house are starting to grow. Trees show their tender buds and leaves. Tulips spread their color. I love this time of year.

Your brain likes surprises. Curiosity is rewarding in itself. Exploring a different way to do something is exciting. Starting a new project you are not totally sure how will turn out is invigorating. Tragedies make us feel vulnerable and fearful, straining our ability to cope. Once again, in a flash, sick hate, a horrible cowardly act makes everything change.
But our vulnerability can teach us to stand together with courage. Sharing compassion and love in times of tragedy can unite us as one.
